Abstract:
A method for evaluating food mastication efficiency. In the method, a color mixing test material for a mastication test is made by using food-grade paraffin wax of two colors as the raw materials; an image of a sample to be tested is acquired on the basis of an image collection apparatus; a mastication efficiency evaluation model is constructed on the basis of a Fisher discriminant analysis method; and a parameter to be tested is extracted from the image of the sample to be tested, and is input into a trained mastication efficiency evaluation model, so as to perform automatic identification and classification. According to the method, a sample for testing is easy to make, a testing process is simple, a testing result is objective, and the accuracy is high.
