The dimensions off the canal are at least βinches to 1000 meters diameter and 6 inches to 100 meters deep so that the water coming inside the facility from the inlet and multiple Inlets will circulate in the facility and is discharged out of the facility from the outlet and multiple outlets and join the ocean once again from the canal, the canal Is above main sea level.

Discharge from canal will be far away from the ocean and electricity spent on the pumps either coming from the system, method, siphon , hybrid will be directly or indirectly or can be drawn from the grid for lifting this water from the bottom to the surface of the earth and above main sea level .

The pressure from the ocean is transferred into the facility and water runs inside the facility turning the turbine-generators arranged in a cascading manner or any manner required because of various heads available and always a stable water flow and generating electricity non stop because of unending circulation of water in the facility and the raw material available Is more than 1.3 billion cubic kilometers of water in all the water bodies on the planet is required for our Invention.

The water head is created any where from the water surface to the bottom in the depth of the water body to the water bed and multiple heads and water velocity Is 100% stable and the tunnel is slanting and sloppily designed or any geometrically engineered angel or degree to suit the generation requirements independently .so the ocean water will rush and run down the facility with greater velocity from the inlet to the outlet.
