Abstract:
A method for identifying a product purchased by a user, and a device and smart shelf system, wherein the method comprises: detecting the weight of a product carried in a container (101); acquiring a first monitoring image acquired in a monitoring area that corresponds to the container, identifying the first monitoring image, and obtaining an identification result (102), comprising: user identity information; when it is determined that the weight of the product is reduced, acquiring the time that the product is picked up, and determining information of the picked up product (103); obtaining the user identity information corresponding to the picked up product, and associating the user identity information with the information of the picked up product (104). The described method, device and smart shelf system achieve the automatic detection of a purchased product and the automatic binding of production information to a user identity; the product purchased by a customer may automatically be detected by means of using the smart shelf as a carrier, thus saving labor costs; the identification is fast and accurate, which improves shopping efficiency; and no user operation is required to bind the product to the user, thus improving the shopping experience.
