Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for instructing to process a measurement result, a terminal device, and a network device, applied to the technical field of communications. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the method comprises: receiving a first indication sent by a network device, the first indication being used for indicating a recording manner for a measurement result obtained by measuring on the basis of an idle mode measurement configuration, and/or, the first indication being used for indicating a reporting manner for the measurement result obtained by measuring on the basis of the idle mode measurement configuration.
