A method for machining a high-rotation-speed impeller having end face teeth, comprising the following steps: (1) rough turning of an impeller contour, without slotting; (2) semi-finish turning of the impeller contour, without slotting; (3) rough milling of the impeller profile: using a five-axis numerical control machining center to roughly slot the impeller profile part with a margin of 3-4 mm; (4) primary semi-finish turning of the impeller contour: semi-finish turning an outer circle contour of a hub with a margin of 1-2 mm, and finish turning a small end face of the hub and an inner hole of the small end face to the sizes required by the blueprint to serve as a positioning reference for turn-over and alignment, the impeller contour profile part having a margin of 1-2 mm; (5) secondary semi-finish milling of the impeller contour: milling the impeller contour profile part to a margin of 0.5-0.8 mm; and (6) finish turning of the impeller contour: moving the impeller to a numerical control lathe, and performing finish machining of the outer circle of the impeller contour without leaving a margin to complete machining of the impeller. The present method for machining a high-rotation-speed impeller having end face teeth has the advantages of simple operation and high machining precision.
