Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a heat radiating material for a metal PCB in which a carbon nanomaterial is mixed and, more particularly, relates to a method of manufacturing a heat radiating material for a metal PCB in which a carbon nanomaterial is mixed, which mechanically forcibly attaches a carbon nanomaterial to highly heat-radiative metal particles used in the manufacturing of a metal PCB (Printed Circuit Board), and can therefore absorb, by means of the carbon nanomaterial, thermal shock induced by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the materials constituting the metal PCB and also improve heat radiating performance by means of the carbon nanomaterial which has excellent thermal conductivity.
