Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a heat sink 1 is provided with a step for correcting the tip heights of a plurality of pin fins 3. The step for correcting involves correcting the tip heights of the plurality of pin fins 3 by pressing the pin fins 3 in the length direction of the pin fins with a heated punch 11 while using the heat thereof to melt the tips 3a of the plurality of pin fins 3.
