Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a high-strength component having exceptional resistance to hydrogen embrittlement comprises: a step for forming an additively manufactured body in which the volume density of the molded object is 99.9% or higher through a three-dimensional additive manufacturing method in which a laser or electron beam having an energy density of 60 J/mm3 or higher is used, the molded object being formed using a metal powder that contains, by weight, 0.010-0.025% of C, 0.15% or less of Si, 0.15% or less of Mn, 0.01% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 24-27% of Ni, 13.5-16% of Cr, 1-1.5% of Mo, 0.10-0.50% of V, 0.35% or less of Al, 1.90-2.35% of Ti, and 0.0006-0.0020% of B; and a step for performing finishing of the additively manufactured body to manufacture a high-strength component.
