Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a liquid container is characterized by including: an air discharge step (S2) for discharging air from the inside of a preform (2) by supplying liquid (L) to the inside of the preform (2) at a pressure not causing stretching of the preform (2) through an in-cylinder flow path (30) formed by an inner peripheral surface of a spare supply cylinder (28) extending through a blow nozzle (23) and an outer peripheral surface of a spare supply rod (29) provided radially inward of the inner peripheral surface of the spare supply cylinder; and a liquid blow molding step (S3) for molding the preform (2) into a container (C) having a shape conforming to the inner surface of a mold die (10) by stretching the preform (2) downward with the spare supply rod (29) and supplying the liquid (L), which has been pressurized inside the preform (2), through an in-nozzle flow path formed by an inner peripheral surface (23d) of the blow nozzle (23) and the outer peripheral surface of the spare supply rod (29).
