Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a MN-BI-based resin magnet, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a Mn-Bi-based magnetic powder surface-coated with a non-conductive polymer; and press-molding the Mn-Bi-based magnetic powder surface-coated with a non-conductive polymer, wherein 0.5-5 parts by weight of the non-conductive polymer is contained in a mixture with respect to 100 parts by weight of the Mn-Bi-based magnetic powder. The present invention provides: a method for manufacturing a Mn-Bi-based resin magnet, whereby a Mn-Bi-based resin magnet having excellent magnetic properties can be provided by forming a polymer coating on the surface of a Mn-Bi-based magnet powder; and a Mn-Bi-based resin magnet manufactured therefrom.
