Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic thin film transistor (OTFT) and, more specifically, the present invention is to manufacture an organic active layer comprising an organic semiconductor compound, a solvent, and a crystalline incubator. According to the OTFT manufactured by the present invention, morphology and crystallizability of the organic active layer (thin film) are optimized by the crystalline incubator such that an OTFT having high charge mobility can be manufactured.
