Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYPEPTIDE INCLUDING PROTEIN-SYNTHESIS-INHIBITING PROTEIN TOXIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/068294
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing art for producing a protein-synthesis-inhibiting protein toxin. A method for manufacturing a polypeptide, said method comprising a step in which a cell-free protein synthesizing system that at least includes an initiation factor, an elongation factor, an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase, a ribosome, an amino acid, a nucleoside triphosphate, and tRNA is used to synthesize a polypeptide from a nucleic acid that codes said polypeptide including an amino acid sequence for a protein-synthesis-inhibiting protein toxin.
