The method for manufacturing a resin sheet for surface shape transfer comprises a sheet manufacturing step, in which a continuous resin sheet is manufactured by continuously extruding resin from a die in a hot molten state, and a first compression step, in which the continuous resin sheet is pinched between a first compression roller and a second compression roller, and is characterized in that the surface of either of the first compression roller or second compression roller is equipped with a metal transfer mold, which possesses multiple indentations or protrusions, with a pitch distance between said indentations or protrusions of 30 µm to 500 µm, and the trough depth of said indentations or peak height of said protrusions being 3 µm to 500 µm, the transfer mold provided on the surface of the first compression roller or second compression roller is transferred to the surface of the continuous resin sheet in the first compression step, and the resin is a crystalline polymer resin.
