Abstract:
The present invention relates to sandpaper capable of polishing jewels, molds, and general industrial components. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing sandpaper having a cutout hole formed thereon for polishing an industrial component and sandpaper, wherein sandpaper is cut into a predetermined length by a cutting machine so as to conform to the position of a spindle in a cutting process; multiple cutout holes are bored in a peripheral portion on one side of the sandpaper in the longitudinal direction by a boring device in a cutout hole boring process; the sandpaper is wound around one side portion of the spindle by a winding machine so as to make a sandpaper roll in a winding process; a tape is wound around one side portion of the sandpaper such that the sandpaper roll is not unwound, thereby temporarily fixing the same, in a taping process; an adhesive is applied to the side surface of the sandpaper roll in the taping winding direction such that one side portion of the wound sandpaper is firmly fixed in a bonding process; and the sandpaper roll is dried in a drying furnace for a predetermined time so as to cure the adhesive in a drying process, whereby the sandpaper has a structure, according to the manufacturing method, such that multiple cutout holes are formed on a peripheral portion on one side of the sandpaper in the longitudinal direction.
