Abstract:
Method for manufacturing steel casts (110) intended to obtain a wear element, comprising at least a step of preparing at least a reinforcement insert (115), and a step (11) of preparing a mold (111) for the cast (110) to be manufactured, the step (11) of preparing the mold (111) providing a sub-step (14) of positioning the at least one reinforcement insert (1 15) inside the mold (111) in the zones corresponding to the zones of the cast (110) coinciding with those which, in use, will be the zones of the wear element most subjected to wear, and a subsequent step (12) of casting steel inside the mold (111). The step of preparing at least one reinforcement insert (115) provides the operations of filling a substantially filiform tubular container (116) with a mixture of powders and or small pieces (118) and of shaping, also spatially, the filled filiform tubular container (116) to obtain the physical structure of said reinforcement insert (115).
