Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a titanium alloy powder for manufacturing an oxide-dispersion strengthening-type titanium material, and is designed to overcome the disadvantages of the existing wet and dry methods for manufacturing the titanium alloy powder, such as environmental pollution problems, for example, waste water treatment due to the use of acid, a complicated manufacturing process, a high manufacturing cost, and a long manufacturing time. To this end, the present invention comprises the following steps: manufacturing a titanium alloy ingot by adding an alloy element for a target composition to titanium; manufacturing the titanium alloy powder by using an environmentally-friendly plasma process; and acquiring the titanium alloy powder which is fine and has high purity, by heat-treating and sorting.
