Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a tungsten target material of an X-ray tube, comprising: providing a tungsten plate (1) and an oxygen-free copper bar (2) as raw materials; processing the back surface of the tungsten plate (1) into a triangular waveform sawtooth surface or a relief surface in another shape; then performing deoiling cleaning, removing oxide skin, and performing a high-temperature degassing process; performing deoiling cleaning and acid cleaning on the oxygen-free copper bar (2) to remove a surface oxide layer; using molybdenum nail consumables (3) to fix a processed tungsten plate on a graphite support (4); and then, placing an assembled graphite support and a processed oxygen-free copper bar into a graphite crucible (5), and placing the graphite crucible into a vacuum heating furnace for heating and target casting. In the manufacturing method, a triangular waveform sawtooth surface or a relief surface in another shape is processed on the back surface of the tungsten plate to serve as a tungsten-copper connecting surface, and molten oxygen-free copper is coated on the back surface and the side surface of the tungsten plate, thereby increasing the contact area between the tungsten plate and the oxygen-free copper matrix, improving the connection strength, effectively enhancing the thermal conduction capability of an anode target during working of the X-ray tube, and improving the reliability of the X-ray tube and prolonging the service life.
