Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for displaying a preview video file. The method includes: a mobile terminal sends to a blue-ray player an image frame acquisition request for acquiring a plurality of image frames included in each of a number N of video files stored in a storage device mounted below the blue-ray player; the mobile terminal receives a number N of preview image sets sent by the blue-ray player in response to the image frame acquisition request; the mobile terminal generates a number N of preview video files by using the number N of preview image sets; and the mobile terminal plays the number N of preview video files in a number N of sub-regions of a video displaying region on a display interface. By adopting the embodiment of the present invention, the number N of preview video files, which correspond respectively to each of the number N of video files stored in the storage device, are played in the number N of sub-regions of the video display region on the display interface for a user to select conveniently, and thus user experience is improved.
