Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for preparing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. The method comprises: mixing materials containing a salt solution, a saccharide compound and a catalyst, and subjecting same to a reaction I so as to obtain 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, wherein the pressure of the reaction I is -0.1 to -0.015 MPa. In the preparation method of the present application, the yield of HMF can reach 99%; moreover, the adjustment of the pressure of a reaction system is beneficial to obtaining a relatively high conversion rate of reactants and a relatively high selectivity of a reaction product.
