Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing hexamethylenediamine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) under an ammoniation reaction condition, optionally in the presence of a first solvent, subjecting hexanediol and ammonia to an ammoniation reaction to obtain an ammoniation reaction product; (2) separating the ammoniation reaction product in step (1) to obtain a hexamethylenediamine product and a heavy component; and (3) under an ammonolysis reaction condition, carrying out ammonolysis on the heavy component to obtain an ammonolysis reaction product, and returning the ammonolysis reaction product to step (2). The present invention not only can improve the yield of the hexamethylenediamine, but also can prolong the service life of a catalyst.
