Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing a textured structure of a crystalline silicon solar cell, which comprises the following steps: (1) forming a porous layer structure on a surface of a wafer; (2) then washing with an alkaline chemical solution; (3) using a cleaning liquid to remove residual metal particles; (4) then perform surface-etching by using a first chemical etching solution, thus obtaining a textured structure of a crystalline silicon solar cell. The present invention is able to greatly prolong a service life of a mixed solution of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and ensure the stability and uniformity of the textured structure.
