Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING COPOLYMERIZED POLYAMIDE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/049266
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a copolymerized polyamide, said method enabling the efficient production of a copolymerized polyamide of good quality, while comprising the first step and the second step described below. First step: a step for preparing a mixed liquid by mixing (A) ε-caprolactam and (B) adipic acid at a temperature of not less than 69°C but less than 115°C, wherein adipic acid (B) in a solid state is added to ε-caprolactam (A) in a liquid state so as to mix the ε-caprolactam (A) and the adipic acid (B) with each other, and from 1 mole to 20 moles of the ε-caprolactam (A) is used relative to 1 mole of the adipic acid (B)
Second step: a step for obtaining a copolymerized polyamide by mixing and subsequently reacting the mixed liquid obtained in the first step with (C) hexamethylenediamine
