Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a negative electrode, the method being characterized by comprising the steps of: preparing a lower layer slurry including a first active material, a first binder, and a first dispersion medium, and an upper layer slurry including a second active material, a second binder, and a second dispersion medium; coating the lower layer slurry on one surface of a negative electrode current collector, and coating the upper layer slurry on the lower layer slurry simultaneously or after a predetermined period of time; and forming an active material layer by drying the coated lower layer slurry and the upper layer slurry simultaneously, wherein A is 103 to 300 and B is 1.1 to 3.5 in the following equations. A=B/(drying rate), B=(wt% of the first binder in the solid content of the lower layer slurry)/(wt% of the second binder in the solid content of the upper slurry) drying rate=(total content of the dispersion mediums per unit area of the active material layer)/(drying time) (g/(cm2 X min)).
