Abstract:
Provided is a method for that can produce a solar cell at an improved yield rate. In a treatment step, a plurality of substrates (11) are treated by immersing in a chemical (13) the plurality of substrates (11) disposed along a first direction, and agitating the chemical (13) by supplying gas bubbles (14) or a liquid into the chemical (13). In the treatment step, the gas bubbles (14) or liquid is supplied in a manner so that there is the alternate generation of a first state, which is such that the amount of gas bubbles (14) or liquid supplied to one side in the first direction of the substrates (11) is greater than the amount of gas bubbles (14) or liquid supplied to the other side in the first direction of the substrates (11), and a second state, which is such that the amount of gas bubbles (14) or liquid supplied to the one side in the first direction of the substrates (11) is less than the amount of gas bubbles (14) or liquid supplied to the other side in the first direction of the substrates (11).
