Abstract:
This method for producing turbine vane includes a brazing step in which a turbine vane substrate having a brazing material positioned thereupon is heated to melt the brazing material and bond the same to the substrate, a stabilization step in which the brazed substrate is heated, and an aging step in which the stabilized substrate is heated. The brazing step and stabilization step are performed as a single heating step.
