Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing an ultra-fine acellular dermal matrix. According to the present invention, the yield of the ultra-fine acellular dermal matrix is increased by first and second pulverization steps for the ultra-fine size reduction of an acellular dermal matrix, and the time required to obtain the ultra-fine acellular dermal matrix having a uniform size can be shortened through a sieve separation step using negative pressure. Furthermore, the properties and form of type 1 collagen, which is the main ingredient of the acellular dermal matrix, can be maintained even after the ultra-fine size reduction.
