A method for recognizing an electric vehicle by a charging and replacing facility, which relate to the technical field of electric vehicle recharging. The method comprises the following steps: a charging and replacing facility establishes a communication connection with an electric vehicle (S1); the electric vehicle enters a specific position within a service range of the charging and replacing facility in a preset manner, and sends dynamic information to the charging and replacing facility in a process in which the electric vehicle drives into the service range (S2); and the charging and replacing facility determines, according to the received dynamic information, whether an electric vehicle initiating a charging and replacing request is the electric vehicle driving into the specific position (S3). The charging and replacing facility can automatically and accurately recognizes, at low costs, an electric vehicle that enters the charging and replacing facility and that is subjected to charging and replacement, and especially, wrong recognition does not occur when multiple vehicles arrive at the charging and replacing facility at the same time.
