Title:
METHOD REDUCING RECRYSTALLIZATION OF SURFACE OF NI-BASE SUPERALLOY AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/083658
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method which reduces the recrystallization of surface of Ni-base superalloy (1), comprises: depositing a coating (2) of 5-15μm on a surface of Ni-base superalloy (1) by magnetron sputtering, wherein the target material is NiCrAlY or the same material with the substrate. The coating (2) consists only of γ phase, therefore the formation of recrystallization is reduced.
