Abstract:
Provided is a method for removing a sealing member 26, the method including a removal step for inserting tips 12a of a pawl 12 provided in a tool 10 for element removal, between a substrate 20 and the sealing member 26 and removing the sealing member 26 from the substrate 20, wherein when the tool 10 is moved toward the substrate 20 while the pawl 12 is facing toward the substrate 20 in the removal step, the tips 12a of the pawl 12 that are pressed against the substrate 20 slide on the outer surface of the substrate 20 accompanying the movement of the tool 10 toward the substrate 20 and are inserted between the substrate 20 and the sealing member 26.
