Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an apparatus for detecting, from Internet service subscribers, a multi-access subscriber that uses an IP router and exceeds a number of lines allowed for a user in a current state, and allowing, with respect to an IP sharing state of a relevant IP sharing user, a terminal for which Internet access should be allowed to use the web on the basis of the current state, and blocking a terminal for which Internet access should be blocked, from using the web on the basis of the current state, when multiple users access an Internet service network provided by an ISP while sharing a single authorized IP by using an IP router such as NAT or an Internet router through IP address translation; and a blocking method using the apparatus.
