Abstract:
The present invention relates to controlling the travelling of a robot, and to a method and system for controlling the travelling of a robot, enabling a moving path of a robot to be set by considering congestion in a space. The method for controlling the travelling of a robot travelling in a space, according to the present invention, may comprise the steps of: specifying a destination of a specific robot that is being controlled; by using a moving path of at least one other robot, specifying, in a space, an expected congestion region where congestion is expected; by considering the expected congestion region, generating a moving path of the specific robot with respect to the destination; and transmitting travel information which is based on the moving path of the specific robot, so that the specific robot may travel in the space according to said moving path of the specific robot.
