Abstract:
A method for crackle identification, comprising: processing an acquired lung sound signal to extract a wet rale component of one respiratory cycle (S2); calculating, on the basis of the power spectrum of the wet rale component, at least one of the proportions of the total power of all preset frequency bands accounted by the power of each preset frequency band in multiple preset frequency bands and the total power of all of the preset frequency bands as a frequency-domain parameter; and/or calculating at least one of the proportions of the total number of wet rale occurrences of an entire inhalation phase accounted by the number of wet rale occurrences at the later stage of the inhalation phase of the respiratory cycle and the maximum vibrational amplitude of wet rales of the entire inhalation phase as a time-domain parameter (S3); and inputting the frequency-domain parameter and/or the time-domain parameter as parameter characteristics into a categorizing model produced by training for identification (S4). Also provided is a system for crackle identification. The method and system for crackle identification increase the accuracy in identifying crackles.
