Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of photo-thermal power station heat collectors, and relates to a method and system for testing the rotation performance of a heat collector. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation parameters of a heat collector during historical normal operation, and generating a rotation performance model of the heat collector on the basis of the operation parameters during historical normal operation; acquiring a plurality of preset parameters of the current operation of the heat collector; and comparing the plurality of detected preset parameters with standard values of the corresponding preset parameters, and according to a comparison result, determining whether the heat collector rotates normally. According to the heat collector in the present application, the rotation performance model of the heat collector can be trained by means of a model establishment module, the current values of the operation parameters in the rotation performance model are measured by means of a detection module, the current preset parameters are substituted into the rotation performance model, and whether the rotation of the heat collector is normal is determined by comparing the plurality of detected preset parameters with the standard values of the corresponding preset parameters, such that the convenience in maintenance of the heat collector by a worker is improved.
