Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for selecting, from among various signal peptides, the optimum signal peptide for effectively secreting a target protein to the outside of cells. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for selecting a particular signal peptide, which expresses a target protein in a host cell so as to effectively secret the target protein to the outside of the host cell. When the composition and/or the selection method of the present invention is used, a signal peptide that is optimal for a target protein can be ultra-rapidly selected using a barcode sequence made for each signal peptide, so that the production yield of a recombinant protein can be maximized.
