Abstract:
The inventive method for pre-processing industrial and consumption residues and biomass consisting in pressing and consequently packing and bundling collected and, if necessary, broken residues or biomass. In different variants, pressing is carried out by so called roll pressing for producing cylindrical-conical-shaped bales or, if necessary, by additionally pressing by two-side compacting said cylindrical-conical-shaped bales in the axial direction in such a way that the volume thereof is reduced approximately by two times, the bale diameter remains unchanged and said compacting is followed by packing and bundling, or by carrying out one of said variants of the method simultaneously with roll pressing associated with introducing active additives and/or textural and/or binding agents and/or a neutralisers into residues or a biomass. The inventive system (variants) for carrying said method for pre-processing industrial and consumption residues and biomass comprises, if necessary a unit for braking residues or a biomass, a unit for pressing said residues or biomass, a packing unit, a bundling unit and a transport unit. Said system is also provided with an originally designed pressing unit usable as the system component at a second pressing stage.
