Abstract:
The invention is directed to methods and compositions for comparing results from different assays or other measurement methods and converting between their results. More specifically, the present invention is drawn polynucleotide assays and comparing and quantifying results from two different assays or assay runs. The method includes using a standard comprising a plurality of polynucleotides.
