Abstract:
Disclosed in various embodiments of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a micro LED display. The disclosed manufacturing method can comprise: a first step of coating, in a first thickness, one surface of a substrate, comprising a circuit part, with a polymer adhesive solution containing a plurality of metal particles; a second step of arranging and then attaching a plurality of micro LED chips onto the polymer adhesive solution; a third step of allowing the attached plurality of micro LED chips to descend by means of the heating and pressing, so that a connection pad approaches the metal particles, and the surroundings of the metal particles are physically connected to the connection pad; and a fourth step of chemically coupling the metal particles to the connection pad and the circuit part by means of heating and pressing so that the micro LED chips are electrically connected to the circuit part. Other various embodiments are possible.
