Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent vehicles. Disclosed are a micro-lens array-based light carpet system for yielding to a pedestrian, and a control method therefor. The system comprises: a control switch, a vehicle host, a light source module and a micro-lens assembly, which are electrically connected in sequence, wherein the control switch is used for receiving a request from a driver for starting the system and sending the request to the vehicle host; the vehicle host sends a lighting instruction to the light source module; the light source module is used for receiving and executing the lighting instruction; and the micro-lens assembly is used for projecting a crosswalk pattern onto the ground in front of a vehicle. By means of the micro-lens array-based light carpet system for yielding to a pedestrian, and the control method therefor, which are disclosed in the present invention, a crosswalk can be displayed by projecting same in front of a vehicle, thereby prompting a pedestrian to cross a road, and thus solving the problem of "a vehicle yielding to a pedestrian, and the pedestrian waiting for the vehicle to pass by"; meanwhile, there is no need for a driver to gesture for the pedestrian to cross, thereby reducing accidents, ensuring the safety of the pedestrian, saving the crossing time, and maintaining the traffic order.
