Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a microcapsule with multiple times of self-repairing at room temperature, a preparation method, and an application. The microcapsule which uses a siloxane coupling agent containing a reversible borate bond as a capsule core and urea resin as a capsule wall is prepared by using an oil-in-water emulsion in-situ polymerization method, and said microcapsule is used together with a microcapsule which uses dihydroxyl polydimethyl siloxane, an adhesion accelerant and a catalyst as a capsule core and the urea resin as a capsule wall. By using characteristics of the microcapsule and properties of the reversible borate bond, the present invention effectively improves a property of a high polymer material, can achieve the effects that microcracks can be rapidly and repeatedly repaired for multiple times, and macroscopic damage of a material caused by microcrack diffusion is prevented, and can greatly prolong the service life of the material, thereby being widely applied to fields such as automobile topcoat, automobile primers, smart home paint, smart home parts, and electronic electric sealants.
