Abstract:
A microscope system comprises a microscope for producing a magnified image of an object, a CCD camera for producing an image signal representing the magnified image, and a computer that causes the CCD camera to continuously take pictures of the object under varying conditions and temporarily stores a plurality of microscope images. The computer changes the respective gains of the RGB signals of the image signal, stores a plurality of images temporarily, and displays them as reduced images on a display monitor. The photographer selects one of the images while watching the display.
