Abstract:
Provided is a mobile communication method including: a step in which an operation device (100) transmits an operation stop instruction to a first radio base station (200) if the first radio base station (200) satisfies a first stop condition, and the operation device (100) transmits check information for checking whether operation stop is enabled, to a communication device (300) correlated to a second radio base station (201) if the second radio base station (201) satisfies a second stop condition, and transmits an operation stop instruction to the second radio base station (201) upon reception of response information in response to the check information; a step in which, upon reception of the operation stop instruction, the first radio base station (200) gradually reduces the transmission power of the report information and stops the operation after the transmission power of the report information has reached a predetermined value; and a step in which the operation device (100) stops the operation if the second radio base station (201) receives the operation stop instruction.
