Abstract:
A mobile communication method comprises: a step (A) in which a radio base station (DeNB) determines the transmission source of an "RRC Connection Request"; and a step (B) in which the radio base station (DeNB) accepts an "RRC Connection Request" the transmission source of which is a relay node and in which the radio base station (DeNB) accepts or rejects, based on regulatory control, an "RRC Connection Request" the transmission source of which is a mobile station.
