Abstract:
[Problem] Conventionally, it has been unable to efficiently select and use a still image that satisfies a condition from a video imaged by a mobile terminal. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a position acquisition unit 231 that acquires position information; an imaging unit 232 that acquires, while moving, a video which includes a still image and which is associated with the position information; a determination unit 233 that determines whether or not the still image included in the video acquired by the imaging unit 232 satisfies a selection condition; and an image transmission unit 241 that transmits the still image determined to satisfy the selection condition by the determination unit 233, in association with the position information acquired by the position acquisition unit 231. The determination unit 233 acquires one or more attribute values corresponding to the still image, and determines whether or not the one or ore attribute values satisfy an inspection condition. A mobile terminal 2, which determines whether or not the still image determined to satisfy the inspection condition satisfies the selection condition, efficiently selects and uses the still image that satisfies the conditions from the video imaged by the mobile terminal.
