Abstract:
A mobile terminal includes a broadcast program recording circuit. The broadcast program recording circuit records a television program broadcasted by a television broadcast system. In a time band during which a desired television program is recorded, the mobile terminal embeds a reception state signal indicating the television broadcast reception state in a communication signal periodically transmitted between the mobile terminal and a carrier and periodically transmits it by a mobile communication circuit to a recording server. The recording server starts recording of the television program if the reception state signal is “not preferable” or if the communication signal cannot be received. Thus, the mobile terminal can minimize the recording by the recording server.
