Title:
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR THE REALIZATION OF FOUNDATIONS FOR SUPPORTS OF OVERHEAD LINES AND/OR SUPPORT PILES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2007110892
Kind Code:
B1
Abstract:
The present invention, consist of the composition of the prefabricated modules of three types (A, B, C), with different geometric characteristics, with different configurations but valid for the necessary requisites for the realization of the foundation considering the typology of the pile to infix, steel bars, wood, concrete or other materials, useful for the installation, the piles to be placed, a special mortar concrete based on an epossidic resine (Kimia type or similars) which consent the monolithicity of the block to be restores. The use of this type of mortar allow to resist efficiently to the shearing mechanical forces that stress the system during work time. The principal characteristic is represented from its modularity and universality which, through the composition of prefabricated elements, from one side it simplify and make the foundation' s work considering the traditional technique on site foundations, from the other it allow to satisfy the technical features of the foundations considering the typology of the pile to be infix. This invention guarantee the centring of the support or pile in respect of the foundation itself; the reduction of the realization time of the foundation considering the one on site, an easy building process, the possibility to build an underground or appearing foundation, the possibility of using cac, octagonal and centrifugated pile, the solution of all the problems relating to the concrete seasoning, inert material' s segregation and the working places.
