Abstract:
A moissanite decorative product, and a moissanite decorative product having a diamond film coated on the surface thereof. A method of coating the surface of a moissanite decorative product with diamond film. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: performing ultrasonic abrasion pre-processing on a moissanite decorative product in a nano diamond powder suspension; step 2: removing the moissanite decorative product from the nano diamond powder suspension, and cleaning same; step 3: pressing the moissanite decorative product into a pre-designated form-preserving sample stage where said product is then held; step 4: placing the moissanite decorative product along with the form-preserving sample stage into a diamond film deposition furnace, and performing plasma processing; step 5: introducing methane, and performing in-situ diamond film deposition. In the present moissanite decorative product having a diamond film coated on the surface thereof, the optical properties of moissanite are preserved and the surface hardness of the moissanite is greatly increased. The scratch resistance of the moissanite is thus increased.
