Abstract:
The present invention relates to a molecular detection system and a detection method therefor. During an actual detection operation, firstly, a pushing module is controlled to move in a first direction to a loading station, and a kit is loaded onto the pushing module. Then the pushing module is controlled to move in the first direction to a position between the loading station and an amplification detection station, and by means of a pipetting module, reservoir lids are transferred between reagent reservoirs and storage reservoirs and a reagent containing a sample is transferred among the reagent reservoirs, such that the sample is sequentially mixed and reacted with each reagent to realize nucleic acid extraction and/or pre-detection processing. Next, the pushing module is controlled to move in the first direction to the amplification detection station, and an amplification detection module is used for carrying out amplification detection on the sample in the kit. After the amplification detection is completed, the pushing module is controlled to return in the first direction to the loading station, and the detected kit is unloaded, thereby completing a detection. The detection process can effectively simplify the operation and reduce the risk of sample contamination.
