Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a motor control device that can achieve redundancy while suppressing an increase in the number of components and the number of connection signal lines used. The present invention comprises: angle sensors 102, 103 that detect the rotation angle of a motor; a MPU 107 that controls the motor on the basis of a stroke sensor 117 and receives a value detected by the angle sensor 102; a MPU 108 that controls the motor on the basis of the stroke sensor 117 and receives the value detected by the angle sensor 103; and communication units 115, 116 for sending and receiving signals between the MPUs 107, 108. The MPU 107 comprises an angle sensor failure detection unit 114 that detects a failure in the angle sensors 102, 103 on the basis of the value detected by the angle sensor 102, the value detected by the angle sensor 103 received via the communication unit 115, and a control angle of the motor generated in accordance with the stroke sensor 117.
