Abstract:
Disclosed is a motor-driven vehicle 200 including: battery 20; 23; a voltage converter 10 that includes a plurality of switching elements 31 to 34 configured to perform voltage conversion between an electric power output path 26 and battery 20, 23, and to switch the connection of the first battery 20 and the second battery 23 between an in-series connection and an in-parallel connection; a motor-generator 50; and a control device 100 configured to turn on and off the switching elements 31 to 34, in which the control device 100 switches connection to either of connection between the electric power output path 26 and both the first battery 20 and the second battery 23, and connection between the first battery 20 and the second battery 23 based on the switching element temperature, and the operating point of the motor-generator 50.
