Abstract:
Disclosed are a motor resolver intelligent identification system, and a control method thereof. The system comprises: a motor resolver module (10), a resolver decoding chip (20), a first amplification circuit (30), a second amplification circuit (40), and a controller module (50). The motor resolver module (10) outputs a sine/cosine signal to the second amplification circuit (40). The second amplification circuit (40) performs signal amplification on the sine/cosine signal, so as to output a first sine signal and a first cosine signal. The resolver decoding chip (20) acquires the first sine signal and the first cosine signal, and outputs a group of excitation signals. The first amplification circuit (30) performs signal amplification on the group of excitation signals, and sends the amplified excitation signals to the motor resolver module (10). The controller module (50) acquires the amplified excitation signals and the sine/cosine signal, calculates a resolver ratio of the motor resolver module (10) according to the excitation signals and the sine/cosine signal, and adjusts an amplification factor of the first amplification circuit (30) and/or the second amplification circuit (40) according to the resolver ratio, such that the first sine signal and the first cosine signal fall within a sampling interval of the resolver decoding chip (20).
